The Forest of Aokigahara
Sad and powerful.
From Wikipedia's article:
"The forest, which has a historic association with demons in Japanese mythology, is a popular place for suicides; in 2002, 78 bodies were found, despite numerous signs, in Japanese and English, urging people to reconsider their actions.
Due to the wind-blocking density of the trees, and an absence of wildlife, the forest is known for being eerily quiet"

The Hermit Kingdom
North Korea's Military parade in Slow Motion from Dan Chung on Vimeo.
Putting the whole think in slow motion takes it to the surreal something about hundreds of legs marching exactly in time becomes incomprehensibly abstract when slowed down.
P.S. - Too latently symbolic not to point out, not the difference between the way the men carry their guns and RPGs and the way the women carry theirs, even Totalitarian regimes aren't able to keep themselves from falling into Freudian gender tropes.
Erase Me - part 2
Blogged the song a bit back now with an actual video to match.

Exploring the Cosmos
EL GUINCHO | Bombay from MGdM | Marc Gómez del Moral on Vimeo.
Amazing Video. Definitely NSFW, and Potentially Problematic Sexism, but there are so many great images in this for what amounts to a music video it makes me want to quit art.
